I’m not sure why they excluded the first reel from this – the most likely explanation is that the vertical stack of cat symbols can still land on the first reel during the free spins feature. When this happens, the game will add two free spins to your remaining counter.
Finally, the best part about this bonus round is that wild symbols that get sticky still feature the 2x or 3x multipliers they did during the base game. If you’re really lucky and land a ton of 3x wild multipliers on the screen, you’re sure to get some big wins out of every remaining spin.
