We honestly had to look twice at why Netent felt it necessary to add three ‘x’ s to the title of this slot the first official sequel to the world famous Starburst slot ever.
Taking a look at the figures though and we have to admit that one single X might not have done this one justice. The eyewatering maximum win amount is just staggering, about as staggering as the volatility for this slot which is also XXXtreme.
That aside we cannot help but be impressed with what Netent have done with this, making a sequel that stands up to the original which is still one of the most popular slot machines is a daunting task. And whereas Netent seem to have been in cruise mode for quite some time (except for a couple of releases) for this one they have pulled out all the stops.
It is not that this slot plays very differently from the original, they have actually stayed pretty true to it, but with insane multipliers making an appearance, extreme volatility and 2 XXtreme betting options this slot is an absolute monster.
